intake manifold

is the skunk2 intake manifold and a jdm integra type r throttle body a good upgrade to do on a civic sir with a b16a engine and what sort of power gains should be expected.

damn good upgrades! I don't know about power gains though, depends on other mods and wear and tear on your motor,

U will lose a tiny bit of low end power but your mid to high end will be better. I have the JDM ITR manifold and TB setup on my previous EG with a B16
