Parking spaces are limited to approximately 150. If we reach that capacity additional parking is available in the grass.

There is limited parking available for trailers. If you are bringing a trailer please contact us directly: phil@evans-tuning.com

There is a pool on the premises. We did not rent the pool for the day. It will most likely be open if you wish to use it; however, you will need to pay the township’s fee to use the pool.

Food, Drinks, and Entertainment will be provided.

<u>Rules & Regulations</u>
NO Burnouts
NO Racing
NO obnoxious or excessive engine revving

This is a community park, not a racetrack -- Treat it as such.

If you become rowdy or disrespectful of others, their cars, or the grounds on which the meet is being held you will be asked to stop. If you continue you will be asked to leave. If you do not leave, we will notify the authorities. This is for the comfort and safety of everyone attending.

You assume ALL responsibility for your personal belongings, including but not limited to, your car at this meet.

Nailing down the date today, and we'll be officially announcing it on our site soon!

 

Date is set 6/29/2008, I'll get the location posted up this weekend.

 

Here are some more details for you all:

We have nailed the date down with the township we are renting out our outdoor facility in. JUNE 29th is the date, everyone set it aside!!

On to the next order of business, Evans Tuning is sponsoring the entire event. This means bring your car, bring yourself, have a good time, enjoy the day. If you would like to bring money to purchase some of the parts we have for sale that day (ridiculous prices, hint hint), thats up to you.

We are also planning on raffling an item or a few items off, this is an undecided area at the moment, feel free to post your opinions about it. Everything is flexible until we make our formal announcement on our website, by which time the details should all be hammered out.

In the next few days we will have an official signup sheet on our site. We are not going to cap attendance but we will need a general headcount so we can have enough food for everyone who shows.

I wanted to get out and get some photos today of the location, but it was relatively rainy and not so nice for pictures. I will hopefully have some up come Monday.

 

what about security? i mean it is the northeast, plenty of thieves around
