Default can I get rid of my child safety windows??

I have a 95 4 door with no power windows I cant stand them not going all the way down in the back is there a way I can get rid of this problem? Is there something in the door panel that stops them or can this not be done? thanks in advance

I always thought the windows wouldn't roll all the way down cause the wheel cutout in the door wouldn't allow it (just eyeball it), not some safety feature. Can someone clarify.

That's correct. They might try to sell it as a safety feature, but it really is up to the shape of the door.

I've thought about that before and you could slice a hole in your door frame and role the window all the way down. Just remember not to open the door while the window is down
