Will will bolt straight up to:
Factory 94-01 LS/RS/GS/SE/Type R models
Factory 00-01 GSR model

WILL NOT FIT FACTORY 94-99 GSR MODEL But will fit if you have a header and cat converter the same lenth of those other models listed above or slight modification to the CAT converter at a muffler shop. $$$$350 obo

It is in great condition. No dents or holes. Minor scratches on the underside.
All factory pipings, no modification to the catback exhaust at all.
