91 Accord Lx electrical issue
Ok, so when replacing the head gasket on my honda, I accidentally arced across the battery with a ratchet. The battery was still connected to the car, was too lazy to disconnect it.
But now when the car is running (yes, the car still starts), it acts like it is off. The key in ignition chime goes off, the instrument cluster doesn't illuminate, the gauges are inop, the shift lock is locked, have to manually unlock with spare key. I replaced both the ecm and tcm, and checked fuses but still have not come up with anything. I thought maybe the ignition cylinder, but am unsure and really don't wish to just throw parts at it anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
