My car has beeen pretttty slammed for a while now and Ive had to do about 3 or 4 toe adjustments within just a few hundred miles of eachother.

Eventually I think somethings gonna break and turn into a bad accident.

Since my toe goes out very often what is it exactly that i need to be replaced ?

I just replaced my tie rod ends but what else ?

Rack and Pinion ? ?

what's your camber set at?
your toe keeps changing from what to what?
front? rear?
do you bump curbs while parking?
