That looks like a moderate drop. I think I would drop it even further IMO. Maybe with some 16's. That's just me. Looks good though.

Thanks! I most definitely gave consideration to the H&Rs (2" drop versus 1") but I had to maintane a certain level of ride, since it is my daily driver. I also had to think about winter (I live in Canada).. overall, they did what I intended to do, which was to reduce wheel well gaps and reduce body roll during mid-cornering.

Now for some Koni Yellows

Oh boy, fun with cutting up the stock front struts! It's a labor-intensive install, but I'd like to give it a try someday.

the drop looks ok...but the OEM kit would really make a difference

**** what it looks like - how does it handle? Can you tell a difference between your stock springs and your new ones?

You see - you purchase some springs that are functional and at the same time, they make your car look nice.

Now that's called "getting what you pay for"

I thought I'd get some opinion on the looks, this being an APPEARANCE/COSMETIC fourm, but hey... what do I know! I'm just a newbie.

Since you asked though, the handling has definitely improved. It's still no autocrosser, but yesterday and today, I was ripping through some fimilar country roads and it felt rock solid. It has improved road holding and stablity a lot--confidence inspiring!

Having said that, the ride is quite bouncy and doesn't really like mid-corner bumps that much. Odd part is, you would think it is the MacPherson struts that are causing the problems, but it is the double-wish bones in the back that is hop-happy. A lot of people say Konis helped smooth this problem out, so that is on my next list.
