Default vapor coming out top vents is oily

My friend has a 1995 Accord EX. Runs great, no major problems. Recently he noticed that there's vapor coming out the vents by the windshield. And it is oily to the touch.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance for the help.

Does he have an open breather filter / or an oil leak under the hood. The fresh air duct for the interior air system is in the gap between the windshield and the fire wall that the wiper motor sits in. It's on the passengers side under the hood. So if he has any oil leaks that are being heated, an open valve cover breather or backed up PCV can cause an oil residue on the windshield when you use the outside air.

There's probably moisture in his vent system or a/c system is funky.
