okay, it's simple, I want it under 300 bucks, doesn't have to be name brand I want it to keep my poor h22 from slamming the ground. I have eibach sportlines for my 1997 civic EX coupe with tokico illuminas. I've heard accord and integra springs fit. Is this true? If I can get custom spring rates, what should I get and will it cost under 300? Any help is appreciated (ie place to look, used ones for sell, etc etc)

PS I don't want it any lower than 1.8 inches either and my car weighs 2365 w/out me
