i got to get my car refed of illegal headers but i need to know if they will smog my car because i got burnt piston rings or ring and i need to know if id be able to pass smog with that im also changing my engine in a month to a b18c block with type r pistons, would this pass smog

 

You'll pass smog w/ itr pistons if everything else such as cat. o2 sensors, evap canister, etc are in good working order.

 

yeah if thats it then youll pass go to the dmv and get an extension on the reff ticket and tell them its not running right now till the new engine goes in the you should be straight
