Default What tires to run... EP3

So my lovely kicker just got here and so tomorrow I am ordering my Koni Yellows and going tire shopping.

I am running stock wheels on my EP3 and am currently running a 205 55 15 tire.

My question is... Should I find a really sticky 205 55 15 or get the BFG Geforce Sport in a 215 50 15? I am choosing the Geforce because they are one of few tires in that size. I would like to get a wider tire if possible but not sure if needed.

The Geforce sports seem to be pretty good tires but I am not sure if the 215 tire would be too wide for the stock Si wheels. I am also concerned as it will be too wide and look funky too...

What do you guys think I should do? Pics would be great. Thanks guys.

Unless you have a good bit of power I'd go with the Azenis. I'm putting the same tire on my 15's for a couple reasons. Cheap, super grippy, and with camber plates you can get two seasons out of them.

IMO the 205/50/15 is too short for the EP3. It'll work, but it looks kinda funny and the speedo will be off by a moderate-to-medium amount.

Trouble is, not too many 'good' tires are made in an EP3 friendly 15" size, especially with the OEM 6" wide wheels.

A 225/50/15 is a great choice with many good tires, but a 6" wide wheel will pinch them. They will work, but not the best they can.

Well I'm looking at either a 215 50 15 or 205 55 15...

Do the 215 55 15s look at all funky on the stock EP3 wheels. Would I be better off with the Azenis? I know they are great tires but don't last a long time. I drive 40 miles a day at least..
