the front ones are slightly different. if my memeory serves me correct no the front won't work.
as for the rear LCA, i'm 100% sure they won't work. the EK LCA are longer than the EG. so unfortunately they are not interchangable.

Yeah.. the rear EK LCA won't work with EG. Because they are longer and fatter. I compare it before. I agree with philosofy1.
