VALVE ADJUSTMENT
i saw that after i posted it up and i did excatly how its sayin to do it.. the only part that i wasnt sure was were it says that needs slight drag, i had a little drag... so i dont know...
So your saying you did everything as it should be but the tapping is louder now than before?
Double check and make sure the gap is correct. I take a feeler gage thats .001" over the high limit and make sure it doesn't go in but that a feeler thats the mean will go in, like a Go-No Go method of doing it. Has always worked fine for me.

Yea, it seemed like it was a bit louder but it kind sounded louder because i took off the top timing belt cover off.
I just finished doing the valves again and i did what you said getting the next size feeler gage and it didnt want to go in. After i turned the car on the valves were tapping again.
Do you think its possible that the springs might be worn out too much or something like that? Cause i took out all the spark plugs a put a long screwdriver to make sure it was in TDC when i did the valves for that cylinder.. Dont understand...
