Question about shocks and springs.
Ok. . I asked this question in another person's thread, but no one answered, so I figure I might get some answers if I make it it's own thread.
The other post was regarding fitting 5th gen Civic shocks into the Crx. Clearly the responces were NO.
But what I want to know is: Do the SPRINGS fit?? I have a set of Ground Controls that I am taking off of my 5th gen Civic, and it would be great if I could throgh them on my Crx. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm currently using some Tokico blues that I had originally bought for my 99 Si on my 91 Rex. The rears fit without any trouble at all. Now the fronts you're going to have to get a fork from a 92+ civics, and also they are a bit too long. The way I made them fit was to put the jack under one of the fork prongs and jack it up to be able to fit the bolt on the LCA. It's only off by like 1". Also have someone push the caliper down to make it closer. I wansn't too much of a hassle because I have the GC coilovers and the springs were lose, and I had someone there to help me. As far as the GC coilovers fitting, I don't see why not. The only difference is that your going to have higher springs rates because they were meant for a heavier car. But the GC should fit without a problem.
Peace
