question on turbo

question on turbo
a friend of mine has a turbo that reads a/r.60 and a/r.63 on the side and it says y4 in the middle..... what turbo is this? i dont have pics at the moment but to me its the size of a 30r... can it b a 30r?

.60 on the cold side and .63 on the hot side?
does it say Garrett anywhere on it? Also, if it's a 30r, should have a garrett plate somewhere, possibly on the CHRA
