MY honda civic is gettin a new engine on saturday dont have another car dont have any other choice but to drive it 85 miles back and worth to work my piston rings are done burns oil like car rpms drop down real low when the oil is almost burnt so im running hella thick oil in it my question is anything else i can do till saturday that u know of little tricks thanks

 

rent a car for a few days, maybe swindle a dealer into loaning you a demo

 

there is always public transportation, but it sounds like you work kinda far.

 

you can try engine restorer & lubricant, i think its by a brand called restore, not even $10 at kragen, it might help

throw some oil in it, and pray everynight that your car will last another day.
