I have a 94 integra gsr. I know the b16 tranny can fit a b18c1 along with other b series motors. My question is do the driveshafts have to be changed or will they line up? Does the shift linkage also have to be changed? Can i use the existing tanny mount? what performace gains will a swap like this do to my dc2.

If it is a B16 hydraulic tranny it will bolt 100% right up.. everything is interchangeable.

You do not haft to swap shift linkages.
