Default 5 lug conv on 4 door auto

Was just wondering if it could be done an what al i need to do it i haesearched nd nobody has covered the topic and no im not converting to 5 speed car is for girlfriend and she cannot drive a manuel but does want things done to the car. so please help thanks.

1. Your girlfriend needs to learn to drive stick

2. The 5 lug conversion works just the same as it does with the other hondas. You have to by Integra Type R brake assemblies, and bigger axels as well, the whole package is available from password JDM for a little over $1000

98+ spec Type R brakes use 36mm spindles instead of the 32mm ones used on every other honda, without the bigger axels the car won't be going anywhere.

but i need to know what size are the d15 auto axles and if they are 36 if not i was wondering about the ctr 5 lug setup and if it would work with the auto trans.

Thats true. If you buy a CTR 5 lug conversion, you can run 32mm axels, but you will have to buy B series axels. I'm relatively sure that your stock axels won't work with the CTR breaks.

so ur saying the stock auto civic axles are 36 and will work with itr barke upgrade

No, I'm saying that if you buy ITR brakes, you need 36mm axels, if you buy CTR brakes, you need B-Series axels.

You might have to get custom axels made to fit a d series tranny and b series brakes, if you do then I would go with Gator Axels. But someone else on here might know which axels you can use.
