Default 90-91 teg low idle/bog

Posting this for a friend as he said he had searched...

his idle/take off is not goin so well

90 ls motor, the car's idle is around 500 rpm's

When taking off or free reving motor it sputters/ bog's intill 1200-1500rpm... Then anywhere above that it runs perfectly fine and smooth.

i recently had a similar-sounding problem, and it was a broken tps. could be a number of other things but you can start there.

I bought a 91 teg about a month ago. It had really bad bog between 1400-2000 rpm. Looked on g2ic and they said it was most likely o2 sensor. Swapped a new one in for like 24 bucks and everything was fixed.
