well have spark have fuel now...it almost wants to start but my battery is dead and no longer wants to crank before it starts clicking with a jump. so i need a new battery but, im wondering will it run with vaccum lines missing? cause it is in a VX chassis. BTW P08 is what im useing.

Also missing a coolant line. dont know where to route it it doesnt have a place for it so if i could get a coolant diagram that would help too. or maybe someone just needs to come over and help me trouble shoot this.

k runs and drives(sort of ) now it spits and sputters while accelerating, could my timing be off? also has a rough idle and when warmed up it idles at 100RPM...so any help would be fantastic!

yes firing order is correct, i think the timing is off cause i re-did it but it still sputs in the lower RPM range and now my valves are bent knocks like a 300k motor i guess ill get it timed tomorrow from a shop.

timing was done at the stealership runs better but still needs to be kinked out. what else could make it idle low, and run better in the lower RPM range? should i seek a D15B harness and try a new distributer? honda told me the grounds for the VX harness doesnt really work well with the D15B, could be missing some ground plugs.

also they couldnt hook up a reader, engine light just flashes real quick i thought it was code 1, being o2 sensor which isnt hooked up still so could it be my o2 sensor making it run like ****????

yea....the O2 sensor will make it run sluggish if its not in yet....i'm sure once you get that in, you'll run better

It will make your car run really bad, but not that bad by itself. Hook up the o2 sensor, check your grounds, and keep looking. anything done halfassed or was forgotten about is now biting your *** lol. GL

cant send [pics so i mean i can only give you descriptions. so i will try my best here.

1. distributor is all the way advance.
2. lose of power when in lower rpm range as well as high but it seems better higher.
3. stutters in the lower rpm range.
4. rough idle when warm usually 100-250RPMs
5. when cold seems everything is fine and gets uh scootin'(rarley)

so i dunno what the hell is wrong but i checked my grounds and the tranny one was loose but didnt change anything. swaped out IACV and no change. changed distributor with VX one. no change also. so im stumped could it just be lost of air maybe IM? vacumm im not sure about if you could get me some sort of idea where to look. i checked everywhere but vacumm lines im not sure about on the JDM D15B so i dunno where to look for those. also my VX intake pipe doesnt work with the D15B unless i change the TB to the VX one.
