Default I have an CEL for code 68??

Before anyone says anything I've searched everywhere and read the sticky at the top of the forum with the cel codes and their explanations. There is no code 68?!?!?

The list stops at 67 and starts again at 71

I have a 95 ex coupe with a GSR motor, I bought the car like this and I was told it has a chipped ecu.

It all started when I was cruising at 100mph on the highway for about 3min straight, then my check engine light came on so I checked the code and got 68 when I came home and searched I found out there is no code 68 so I thought maybe I counted wrong and got 67 went to check again and there was no cel when I turned the car on. I drove around the next day with no problems, then the cel comes on and the car gets thrown into limp mode (running insanely rich and 4k rpm rev limit) so I go to check the cel and it stays solid. If I turn the car off and on sometimes the cel wont come on for another minute but when it does it goes back into limp mode. Last night I decided to drive the car in limp mode and after about 5 minutes it came out of limp mode but still had a cel which I checked again to confirm that it is 68. I'm thinking it's the o2 sensor but I dont want to start throwing parts and money at the car till I know what the problem is.

It rarely does this during mid day. Mostly happens in the mornings and at night

I found out what it was.

For anyone that was curious the green wire on my o2 sensor was melted/ripped/frayed.
