Default low idle

i have an 01 accord lx v6 auto. i started my car the other day and my idle was around 300. ive used throttle body cleaner and it just lowers the rpms. the car will drive in and out of the driveway, but when u stop, it dies. i was thinking it could be the IAC. does that sound about right? also where is that bugger located? any and all help is greatly appriciated.

right directly on the bottom of the throttle body, it has an electrical plug on the front side of it.
I think there are 2 bolts holding it on, then you can pull down a little and get to see the screen on it.
The quick check to see if it is working is to unplug it with engine at idle and see if the RPM drops.
