Default Flood car, whats good whats not

HA! Im really excited right now, I just bought a 1995 (si h23) prelude I live in Binghamton Newyork,, rust capitol of the universe and Ive got a completly 150% rust free prelude shell to work with but the only problem is is its flooded to ****. June of 2006 i belive we suffered from some really nasty flooding. I found this car on craigslist for 900 with the engine dismantled its red 5 speed and its missing the seats I wouldn't want em' anyway. It came with a nasty set of konig wheels with all centers and two good tires, i paid 500 for it last night and basically want to have it for a parts car, I eventually want to build the rust free shell back to its original shape but for now i wanna know, mechanically, what's usable? I really want to take the 5 speed and put it in my 94 si . It shifts smooth , the fluid is clean the clutch engauges and disengauges there was a mud line up to the rear speakers, until the seats were stripped and the whoel car was pressure washed inside and out. I belive it to be a low milege car , (80k) I know this is a rare case but any informaton is greatly appreciated

Have you tried starting the engine up? I know it might not be a great idea but just to check things out. Pull the IM off and see if theres signs of water inside of it.
