Default 95 accord question!

Hi everybody, I was wondering if there is anything I can do with my ecm for more power? Can I chip it? Swap it with another computer? It is a 95 accord ex vtec. Please help me out

As I understand it, the vtec system used in the F22 is a fuel saving type, therefore it its variable (meaning it kicks in at different rpms) to help fuel economy. Maybe a tune and a set vtec rpm might help free up some ponies?
