I need your help guys. I am swaping B16 into hatch, I'm keeping my ac and want to swap out old crank pulley in favor or lightened one. I need one with notches for 2 belts (AC & Alt). I find tons for D series with this configuration, but all B series come with 3 grooves on pulley. Will D series work on B series? Or should i just have 3rd grove milled off? thanks

 

they dont make or havnt seen a pully that has alt and ac when i get mine running it wont be for awhile but i am going to mill mine off

 

I wouldnt mess with the pulley, I would just get a lightened flywheel if you are looking to lose weight in the rotating assembly

 

If you're that concerned about it, just get someone to throw it in a lathe for you. Should take less than 10 minutes.
