There is alot a great members on this forum, which will be gleefully doing cartwheels to help you on one of the other 3 threads you made, in a row.....on the same subject. One of my favority things in life is the garbage truck, because it is really good at compacting garbage into one heap of crap.

I have the same engine. It could be from a few different JDM cars, it depends which year blah blah blah. Anyways, the 'hole' is there because the engine was originally carborated (sp?), you did the right thing just putting a block off plate. As far as parts, most d15/16 **** fits on it. for the timing belt I think its a Si belt, i'm gonna have to check with my mechanic, he did it for me.

yea, i got confirmation tonight... the timing belt and many of the other parts can be taken of a 88-91 si or sedan, which featured the d16a6

a D16A6 is '1.6 liter engine, 88-91 non-vtec' when your at Autozone.
