My 92 4 dr civic hesitates or lacks power while driving down the road. everything is stock. I cycle the clutch in and out and it runs good for a few minutes then back to the problems again. i replaced the wires cause they were way out of spec, i swapped the spark plugs. i swapped fuel pumps thinking it was not getting enough fuel. still teh problem persists. thanks in advance.
