no low end power

Default no low end power

there seem to be no power on take off top end is real good i have b16a motor with type r head and intake manifold 310 rc injectors and also the check engine light on the code is for o2 sensor i change it but the light is still on any help will be appreciated

Check the O2 wiring.

You're car isn't going to have low end power anyways, it's a B16

my b16 had nothing under 3500 rpm. I think its normal. If you are used to Ds, then it totally normal because they have more low rpm "torque"

If your O2 sensor isn't working you'll have poor performance. Wide Open Throttle isn't affected as much since that falls into closed loop (ignores O2 sensor).
