i have a 94 civic cx. Recently my car wont start no more, i have checked all the fuse with the test light and all is good except for one, which is the pgm-fi fuse. When i put the test light on the fuse the light doesnt come on. I check the fuse its still good. Test the same place again but without the fuse on its not showing no power to it. Could anybody tell me what can cause this problem and what should i look for.
