k24 accord engine in a 98 ls?

k24 accord engine in a 98 ls?
I can get a K24 Accord engine for really really cheap, it doesnt come with the transmission, just engine. My question is can i swap it into my 98 LS? How long would it take to do? Is this the same K motor thats in the RSX? thanks
