'00 Ek9 hatch with black rims vs color matched

Tell me what you think looks better. Before you ask I used Photoshop 6 to make the black rims and lower it. I'm thinking about buying some black rims and maybe some coil-overs this weekend so let me know.

I KNOW THE RIMS ARE UGLY I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF BLACK WILL LOOK GOOD IN YOUR EYES. I like it.

maybe its because you drive a CTR.

gunmetal or black always looks good on light colored cars.

yeah.. only things i would change if it were mine, is the rims, and id paint the door handles.. other than that, its nice and simple.. CTR headlights look good too..not because they're JDM, but because gunmetal on silver looks beautiful.

I would put gunmetel rims, bronze rims, or silver/aluminum rims on that hatch - but that drop is ghetto as ****. Put some good springs and shocks on it - and don't worry about the drop.
