this scambag sold itr cam on ebay got 304 plus 13 to ship so 317 and that was sold on apr 16 and guy left feedback on may 29 good feedback which would mean he got the money and shipped his parts... i asked my self WHY DID HE PUT ON THE BOTTOM OF THE LISTING ON EBAY MONEY ORDER ONLY ummmmmmmmm isnt that funny how he didnt want to recieved paypal..... due to him oweing me 120 is that fuc*ed up man or what please bump if read thakns

bump that is BS he should have shipped it or give you refund ASAP him living check to check with his Family is non of your concern that 120 or headers he owes you is what he should be concerned about .. continue with the claim or w.e

 

This is a perfect example of why you should NEVER EVER EVER use PayPal to pay for something using your bank account. You should always use a credit card. By doing so, when you get scammed, all you have to do is call your credit card company, file a chargeback, and your money is back within 1-3 days.

If you use your bank account, you have to file with PayPal and wait up to 60 days for them to decide whether or not you'll get your money back. Then if you win, you STILL have to wait for them to take the money out of the scammer's account. Most of the time, there is nothing left to take, so you get stuck high and dry. I have been scammed twice using PayPal, and both times were credit card payments. All I did was make one call to my card company, explain the situation, and I had an instant refund, no questions asked. I didn't even have to open a dispute with PayPal.

did you pay wiht a credit card over paypal? that's what i do, and if i get scammed i call the credit card company and they do a charge back, and paypal will take it out of his account...

I havent bought many things on h-t because im kinda new but the few things i have, has caused me not to want to buy more. first thing i bought took 31 days to come about 300 miles second thing was not what they said it was and third was power folding mirror which had a crack in it when it got here. So i understand completely. People only want what they pay for and dont want to wait a year for. good luck with paypal
