DX to OBD1 Swap, No CEL,no start

Default DX to OBD1 Swap, No CEL,no start
Everything is all wired up,wont start just cranks over, CEL doesnt come on with key on. Does anyone know the polarity of the Crank angle(B10 & B12) and Cylinder position(C1 and C2)? Ive already looked through all the swap articles I could find, none specify.

Got it started and running, no CEL with key on though. Anyone know what terminal the CEL runs to on a P28
