Default someone with experience about skunk2 camshaft stage 2 help me !!

i have a b20 vtec

skunk2 intake manifold
k&n cold air intake
accel injectors 295cc
fuel rail aem
fuel pressure regulator obx
cam gear skunk2
pistons type-r 84mm comp 11.7
arp rods bolts
arp head studs
header 4-2-1
catback 2.5
with a p28 chipped

the question is, i wanna buy a set of skunk2 cam shaft stage 2 but i wanna know if i can use this with my retainers and valve spring or i have to buy a set of retainers and valve spring from skunk2 too, or can i use type-r retainer and valve s. or something?

I use supertech valvesprings and retainers with my stage 2's, haven't had a problem for 10K miles.

I know some people ran those cams with stock spring but i strongly suggest you to upgrade to skunk2 valve spring and titanium retainer ! You'll have a more accurate valve response and less chance of valve floating and you dont want that to happen
