Well in defense of SCC. At the time of the article the RSX wasnt even out yet. it's likey the information they printed was obtained from japan. So maybe the misinfo came from them...

what a waste of space and time ... as for that guy talking about swapping a toyota engine into a civic is nuts ... toyota hasnt made a reliable racing engine in a while ... buy why argue about it here ... k20 would have killed any build that guy was talking about ...

as for the k20c ... its a very pretty motor and has about 1000 whp stock ... i cant believe you guys dont know that yet ...

That article was probably out before the RSX was and not much was known. The engine code K20c is completely understandable when you compare to a b18c5...

 

And you guys are suppose to be Honda guru's? My Celica GTS swapped with a K20C produces 700whp througout the whole powerband. I've got the mustang dyno results to prove it. Wait till I install my K&N air filter...then you will all tremble in cold fear to my undeniable excellence.
