2000prelude wiring problems

2000prelude wiring problems
the wiring in my prelude is all jacked up. i cant find the exact problem though. my lights are staying on with the car off. the altinator is good my acts like its not. i checked all the fuses. im so confused, and my budget is very limited. please help, and suggestions are appreciated

Slow down and try to form complete thoughts. List the specific things that are wrong and what is happening....that will help us help you.
