Ls shell + Gsr swap w/DC header...Which WS2 catback to get?

I'll try to explain this as simple as possible...I'm an EG guy and rather new to DC's.
I baugh a 94 LS as a daily driver...but decided to drop my spare motor into it. It's a GSR motor with a DC header. I know that the WS2 differs between the LS and GSR because of the downpipe length. But wondering if there is any other difference between the LS and GSR such as hanger placement or anything that I'd run into that I'm not aware of. I'm guess I'd need the 116-KH03 for the 94-99 GSR...does anyone have this exact setup that can chime in and varify the exact catback I should be ordering.

the chassis are the same and the hanger placement identical, you are right that the downpipe and catalytic converters are different lengths. I would get one for the gsr and not the LS
