I have a 96 honda accord 2.2L f22b2 nonvtec it carry the external coil and im still not gettin any spark from the coil even thought I changed the coil, distributer, main relay and the computer. what can i do to fix the problem?
Are you getting power on the Black/yellow stripe wire from the ignition switch?
The ECU needs to have ground reference and I think it is the ground wire by the T-stat housing.
Did you change the ignitor in the dist?
Can you tell anymore of this story? Engine swap? Head replacement?
Car died going down the road?

the thing is i bought a aftermarket coil but it only came with a negative an a positive conection and the harnes has three wires , a green , black an yellow and a yellow. I ran a wire from the positive on the coil to the yellow wire on the harnes, the negative from d coil to the black an yellow and ran a wire from the positive on the battery to the green wire on the harnes, the car ran for a while an just shot off an no spark ever since . Do u think i blew the computer, what should i do next to get the car started?
