Car starts and wants to die with the rpm gauge bouncing
I just put a new motor in my 90 accord EX. i started it and it fired with no problem. When the car warms up and you rev past 3K the Rpm gauge bounces around and the car wants to die like it is getting flooded with fuel. I change the Dist and i still have the problem. Any thoughts???

yeah those old carbs on that 83 had floats made by the SS Titanic corporation.
you should look at the drivers side of the carb and check the fuel level in the little window.
