ST rear sway bar on 90 crx
pretty much, everything lines up pretty good. you need to cut (or hammer) the nut off of the shock.
I changed a few things though. Like the small brackets that connect to the end links, it was a little off (which made it pivot a little bit) so i cut the little tab off and re welded it tighter. and the end links ended up being angled so I got some longer bolts and grade 8 washers to move the mounting points of the end link to make it square with the car.
also of the 3 adjustment on it, I could only reach/use 2 of them
I'm happy with it, but I guess it isn't a simple "bolt on" affair. although it is made for the car.

ok, well i should have menstioned that i'm getting lca's... but my main concern was the brackets that hold the bar up... are the holes for the brackets already there and are threaded? this is my main concern

It bolts to the shock with a supplied bracket, so no worries there.

well all the brackets have simple holes, and everything bolts to the body or has a nut which they supply.

Im not sure i follow you, but some sway bars attach to the LCA's, but this bar attaches to a supplied bracket that attaches to bottom of the shock.
and the "3 holes" I was refering to are on the actual sway bar.

the holes on the lca's are not going to be used with the st sway bar. the sway bar has its own holes to adjust the steering feel. as for the mounting points they moun t to the stock tow hooks where as the si's come with there own special bracket. hope that clears it up a little bit more.

I'm sure they are both the same, and I wouldnt waste money on a front sway bar as they are way too thick(which could add alot of understeer). if you must get a front sway bar get a stock one from the junkyard and replace the bushings.

I believe they only sell one sway bar, and all the models are the same in that area, except for the 88's LCA's and shocks.

grog is right. 88-91 crx are all the same (every submodel). only difference is for 88, it requires an adapter kit.
Summit racing sells the set for $244, or just the front for $139.
