Default bad carbon deposits on 2 spark plugs

i have a 1994 ej1, d16z6/y8I.M., p28>moates>crome, gt2860rs, turbosmart 7lb wastegate, 550rc, 3in dp
i got the car running the other day...before that i put in new ngk bkr7e spark plugs so i could check the "contition" of the motor after i had ran it for a little. turn the key, i get fuel/spark/compression she starts up a little rough but i bring it to 1500rpm and definatly notice that the motors not running to its full potental. (the basemap used is pretty solid, but just in case i have a "chip" that i had made over at spoolin performance. took out the moates ostritch put in the chip, same issue... ok, so it's not the ecu....
i pull the spark plugs and the two on the left are completly coverd in carbon deposits...black black BLACK. the other 2 on the right looks fine, i was kinda happy about those.
so my question is (yes i searched.) what would cause the spark plugs to be that extremly different?
ive read it could be
-map sensor
-fuel injectors
-fuel pressure
ill be workin on it all weekend so throw your .02 cents in ive got a HAYNES and a HELMS on my my computer soooo ill be digging through those aswell.
thanks HT!

if its only in two cylinders its gotta be somethin like those two fuel injectors.. id check the compression in the cylinders too. make sure all the wires and connections to injectors, plugs, and everythign to those cylinders are okay.. check your plug wires for a good spark.. i dunno dude.

Could be two leaky/ sticky injectors. Seems weird that two would go at the same time though.

Do you have any extra injectors you can sub in there?
