I almost wrote this off as a boring thread (Rotas and automatics, woo) with bad pics but then I took a closer look...you shot with a Rebel XTi!! There's potential for amazing pics here.
1. Get closer to the cars, there's way too much dead space. Am I supposed to be looking at this Integra or 500 feet of boring parking garage roof? I can see the artistic effect of a lot of negative space--sometimes. Not in every shot. That brings me to another point, find a new location because parking garages are played out and were boring before they were played out.
2. White balance is way off. You can set custom white balance, just bring a white card with you and go into the color balance settings. Also, the pics are much too dark--we can hardly see anything.
3. Think about what you're looking at. The composition is kind of boring/bad in almost every pic, and there are a lot of repeated angles.
