Default ITB for a type r

I want to reach about 210-220WHP with a type r. Been looking at ITB's. is it worth it if i tune it well? What can i do to make it all motor 220WHP? anybody have that kind of a setup? thanks

You don't need itb's to get to 220whp... check the build threads in the all motor forum for the info.
