Default 89x84.5mm Injectors and displacement

What is the exact displacement for a 89x84.5mm build?

What injectors would suit my build and provide best fuel atomization?
310,330,440 etc Saturated/Peak and hold

What are the desired characteristics to provide the best THERMODYNAMIC EFFICIENCY for a sirII b20vtec CR11.7:1 build

I have the same specs w/ 370cc's.

I have no problem putting out 225whp/153trq w/ no cam gear tuning.
