Does anyone know the location where jdm side markers should be mounted on 4th gen fenders?

I thought about just guessing from a pic, but I thought someone might know the exact specs.

try an archived search for jdm sidemarkers or ek jdm sidemarkers, i found a thread the other week to do mine on here, lots of threads on the subject.
