It needs to be a 99 or newer engine with all the original emission equipment intact and working.

i got the car with the b16a swap in it. its running a p30 ecu with the check engine light on and the guy i got it from said that i will need a new engine harness. how can i tell if the motor is obdI or obdII? I should be able to use the 99-00 si harness right? i want to change the title and when they asked to smog, i want to be able to bar it and pass smog. still new to this b-series swap and wiring so any help would be appreciated. thanks!!
