Are timing and TDC marks on a b18c1 crankpulley the same as a b18a?

Are timing and TDC marks on a b18c1 crankpulley the same as a b18a?
I lost my original GSR pulley when I was building my motor, and now have a b16a pulley on my motor.
I am wanting to do the timing but I know the marks are not the same from the 1.6-1.8L. I'm just curious, since the LS has a longer stroke than the GSR.
Is LS pulley is the same as a GSR? I can't find another GSR pulley but the wreckers near by have lots of LS's that I can get one from.
