h22a swap problems! please help
Alright so i swap my 01 sh to the obd1 h22a. i put the balance shaft and gear, the timing gear and a new oil pump. when i had the motor out i went ahead and unloomed everything took the sh part out of the harness re ran some stuff in a cleaner location and put new loom and taped it. now here is my problem the car starts fine, but after about 2 seconds after it wont stay running like its not getting enough fuel. for right now i only have a header on with the first o2 sensor. does anyone know what my problem is or any ideas to check? thanks in advance!- David
It's hard to say...you went from obd-2 to obd-1, and did your own wiring, so it could be anything.
Your best bet is to go over every little wire, connection, hose, etc...and try to track the problem down. We can't see what you modified, or what exactly happens after those few seconds of the car running...so it's going to be hard to help you out.

yea i def understand. hmmm trying to figure out what else i did. i only had to mess with the oil pressure harness and a few of the injector wires. its getting fuel to the fuel rail tho. i put my egr in the fender and ran longer vacumm hoses.
