Default 91 CRX wont start

Im new to this forum, but a long time CRX owner, and Im hoping someone can help me with my car problem. I have a 1991 CRX Si with 106,000 miles on it.

It started making a click-click noise that sounded like it was coming from under the glove compartment. It would make that noise every few minutes while driving. I got it home, then later I went to get in it and as I was walking up to it I seen the parking lights go on and then off all by themselves. The car started up fine, and I was still hearing the click-click noise. I didnt feel comfortable driving it, so when I got home in my other car, I noticed the lights on the CRX werent turning on and off anymore. I just figured the battery went dead, but when I got in it, it started right up, and at that time I didnt hear any more clicking noises. I really didnt know what to think, then when I went back a few hours later to drive it, it was completely dead. It wont turn over or anything. Ive replaced the battery and it still wont start or even turn over, but the lights and everything still turn on.

My Honda has been real reliable over the years, so Ive never ran into a problem like this before. I would also like to say that I dont know a ton about cars, so Im not even sure were to start. If anyone has experienced a similar problem, or has any idea whats wrong, I would really appreciate it.

pull out the test light, see if the starter is getting power, if it is, and still no crank... replace it.

It has an alarm on it but its been disconnected for years, so ive pretty much ruled that out. With that clicking noise going on under the dash before it went dead, i thought it could be a relay switch or something like that, but im not too familiar with any of that stuff. I guess I'll try testing the starter next. Thanks for the suggestions.
