I have one it was never mine just came in a parts car I bought been sitting in my project car for like 2 years i think it was installed on a del sol but he didnt like the feel so he took it right back off, its just what you see there nothing else was in the box with it when i got it ill check to see if the hardware fell out somewhere but im pretty sure it was never with it, its the same part number as the one shown in your link on ebay.
